About Us

Our volunteer group is made up of patients registered with the Crawley Down Health Centre.  We are affiliated with the National Association for Patient Participation.

From the 1st April 2013 The Health and Social Care Act 2012 became law and it aims to introduce ‘real patient choice’ into how health care is administered in the future.

So, as a group, we firmly believe that two-way communication is the best way forward and in order to achieve this, we encourage patients to make known their thoughts and suggestions.  You can put these forward via our suggestion box which is in the practice waiting area, or by communicating them (link) via this website.

We will acknowledge receipt of your ideas, discuss them as a group, and where appropriate with the Health Centre Management in order to formulate a proper response to you.

Our group meets at the Health Centre every other month on a Monday evening.   If you would like to know more about us then please contact us via the website or by contacting one of the committee members click here.

We look forward to hearing from you.
