Please note you will not be able to order your prescriptions, using Vision Online, (the web based system where, if registered, you can also book appointments), if you do not have items on repeat which have already been authorised by your GP.
However, requests can be emailed direct to our prescription team :- [email protected] or [email protected]
What has happened to this system? I have been trying to use it since 2nd September (after previous success) and it keeps telling me the practice is unavailable and to try later.

I just tried myself and it seemed ok. I might be worth contacting the surgery to investigate.
