  • Difficult reading.
What exactly is meant by ‘ELEPHANT LEGS?

    • Glynn Roche

Elephant Legs, sometimes called Elephant Feet are designed to safely raise the height of a chair. This makee it easier for patients with restrictions or issues with mobility to get in and out of the chair more easily.

I guess they look a little like elephant feet and have acquired this name.

Some chairs have been fitted with them in the practice waiting area and hopefully this is making life easier for patients.

No real elephants were involved at any stage in the process 🙂
